<p>I’m looking at going to graduate school in computer science and i was wondering how much of an impact going from a low tier public school to a tier one public school (Umich) would have on graduate admissions at top rated schools?</p>
<p>The degree you graduate with is the degree that counts. So it would obviously improve your chances of admissions.</p>
