<p>My cousin currently attends University of Illinois at Chicago, he is very dedicated, although his high school years don’t reflect his capabilities. He has a 3.9 GPA at UIC and is applying as a transfer to CMU, does he have a good shot or do you think CMU would only accept transfers with higher stats since high school?
He is also an international student if that changes anything.</p>
