<p>I am a first semester freshman at Gettysburg College looking to transfer to Rutgers University. Gburg was my first choice, I even applied early decision, but I’m already having regrets. I want to finish the year here and give it a chance, but I want to have options. As of now I want to transfer to Rutgers, and I would like any advice possible. How do I go about asking for recommendations? How do I get a good recommendation when telling a professor I want to leave their school? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.</p>
<p>If you don’t mind, can you tell me why you regret applying to Gettysburg ? Coz I am thinking about transferring to Gettysburg next Fall.
Btw, to ask for recommendations, just go to professors’ offices and tell them why you decide to leave. They will understand your situation.</p>
