Transferring from in/out of state?

<p>Since April 15 is near, and my rejection/waitlist is near, I’ve started considering my options.</p>

<p>I’ve been wondering if transferring into Ann Arbor from MSU(If I attend it for 08-09) as an in-state applicant would help?</p>

<p>If not I’m just going to attend one of my other options and transfer out.</p>
