transferring from LSA to Engineering once accepted

how hard is it to transfer from LSA to engineering once you are accepted? do you have to wait a certain amount of time?
also can you chance me

act: 33
GPA: 4.13 w. 4.0 uw

thanks

Why wouldn’t you just apply to engineering if you want to do engineering? Your ACT and GPA are well within the range of admitted engineering students. I would be very surprised if you were not accepted assuming you took challenging course and were in a couple of extracurricular activities.

Anyways, to apply for cross-campus transfer you have to at minimum complete MATH 115, MATH 116, PHY 140 and PHY 141. You also have to complete CHEM 130/125L/126L or CHEM 210/211L, and ENGR 101 or EECS 183, and CCLIV 101 or CCLIV 121 or COMPLIT 122 or ENGLISH 124 or ENGLISH 125 or GTBOOKS 191 or HISTORY 195 or LHSP 125 or RCCORE 100 or SLAVIC 151. Once you do this, you can apply for cross-campus admission. If you have a high enough GPA and a good resume and transfer essay, you will be taken into consideration for cross campus admission.

I was not thinking I was going to do engineering at the time of my application. thanks for the info

I have only taken 3 AP’s and I’m a baseball player and NHS member

The cross-transfer is defnitely doable.
