<p>Based on the website, MechEng is an impacted major at Jacobs. </p>
<p>Does this mean one can’t transfer into MechEng after being admitted into another engineering major at Jacobs? Say you have a change of heart and you would rather do MechEng rather than say… Environmental Engineering. Would a switch be impossible?</p>
