I’m currently attending NVCC. Do you know if NVCC credits transfer at all to NYU, USC, or Occidental College?

That would be a good question to ask the Transfer Advisor at NVCC. At minimum, that person should be able to help you get in touch with people who have transferred successfully to those universities.
