Transferring Schools (again and again and again)

I’m a junior in high school, and since my sophomore year, I have attended five schools. Three boarding schools, one public school, and one “alt-ed” school.
I’m not proud of it. I’m not happy about it.
I feel awful about it. Everyone keeps reminding me that my transcripts are ruined forever, and my chances of getting into college have significantly dropped. In fact, I’ll only be graduating with a GED because of the new school I’m going to…unless I transfer. Again. And I have no idea where I would be transferring to: if I would start homeschooling (unlikely), if I applied to another boarding school (as if they’d take me), or if I moved in with a relative (???).
I think it’s important to note that I only got kicked out of one of the five schools, and it wasn’t for disciplinary reasons. I’ve just had a lot of mental health issues that have needed to be dealt with.
I want to go to school for film making, so an art school is preferable, but I don’t know if anything but a community college would accept me at this rate. I’m looking at international schools now, but I’m still not sure what I want besides the film bit.
Well. Should I transfer to a school where I can get a diploma, or stick through with the GED, graduate early, and go to a community college?
