Transferring to Community College After Expulsion

If I get expelled, can I transfer over to a community college, or will they reject me because of it? And yes, I will send all my transcripts.

Contact the CC to find out. There are no hard and fast rules. And the reason for the expulsion will be an important item in the discussion.

You will need to address this directly with the community college itself. Whether or not you would be considered immediately admissible would depend on the reason(s) for your expulsion.

If you are in a situation now that makes expulsion look to be a possibility, be certain to verify with the administration at your current college/university the precise steps you would need to take in order to be considered for readmission there in the future. Whether or not you would eventually return would be up to you of course, but following those steps can also make a difference in your admissibility elsewhere.

If I get expelled, there’s no way they would let me back. I did two things wrong: academic dishonesty and applied to another college without sending one of my transcripts. I immediately withdrew from the college that I never sent my transcript to. Here’s what it says in the code of conduct handbook in my current college: - "A student involved in an offense warranting consideration
of action more serious than disciplinary probation or one involved in repeated
misconduct may face suspension. "
Based on this, do you think there’s a good chance I can just hope for a suspension?

We have no way of knowing. You’ll have to wait until it plays out at the school.

You should not use your real name as a username. Hopefully, it is not too late to change if that is the case.
