Hello, I am a student in De Anza College, and my girl friend wants to transfer from Santa Rosa Junior College to De Anza College. She is an international student from South Korea with F-1 Visa. she has enrolled in Santa Rosa Junior College as a regular student taking GE classes and ESL courses (due to English deficiency).
The point is, she wants to transfer from her college to De Anza College with her current status. De Anza College actually wants international students to provide the proof of 61+ pts from TOEFL test. However, she has 56 pts right now. Is it still possible for her to transfer from her college to De Anza college with her current status without providing the proof of 61+ pts from TOEFL? Or Does she need to take a TOEFL test again?
Also, I’m curious that if she (as a regular student in SRJC) can just fill out Transfer Release Form and submit it to De Anza College, then take an english placement test in De Anza College to transfer?
Which way would be the fastest way for her to transfer?
thank you
