Transferring to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, NYU, Gergetown, UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA from CC

As the title says
my GPA 4.0.
Pennsylvanian Community College.

fourlingual  (if that is even a word).

Major: ECON (REAL ESTATE- maybe) or Bussines administration

Kind of International student (was Born in USA, I have citizenship but I’ve spent my whole life in Europe, I was raised in Serbia, and my last 4 years before returning to USA I lived in Russia so I am fluent in Russian).

I have an amazing essay and work experience working for multi billion International construction Company ( ON TOP 100 WORLD FINANCE List), this was my job when I lived in Russia. Also I am very Close to the owner of the Company who is very popular Bussiness figure. He wrote an amazing reference letter ( explained how I am very competitive, smart and fast learner, he explained that I am prospective CEO of the Company). Also I have good reference letter from my professors.

About taking SAT… my goal is to score around 750-800 on Math which I am capable of and also I am expecting around 600 on English as English is my fourth Language :). I am firmiliar with competitivnes of this schools, and their Transfer acceptance rate.
I have tried to take general economic courses as well as calc I, whic is minimum requirement, and also micro, macro Econ, English writing etc…
You May be wondering why I did’t apply as freshmen… simple
When I moved to russia, I did’t know Language at the time and it was hard for me to Study without knowing any word of Language my teachers spoke. I have pretty bad GPA. Russian school for me was boring and it did’t motivate me. During my time in Serbia I was the best student in my school and I have a lot of honours from Math competitions etc…
Since school wasn’t my passion at the time I lived in Russia, I’ve started applying for Summer Job, first thing I found was this Job. When Summer was over everyone thought that I Will finish my Job, but that wasn’t my plan, i worked a full time office Job while never skipping school. Only at the end of my last school year I decided that I am not going to waste my Learning potential and that I am going to attend American University.
Also dream of my boss is to invest in construction bussines in USA, which he also wrote in his refference letter, and he is giving me full support for exploring and making network for him to be able to start such thing.
Financial Aid is not needed, if that make any difference.
NO he is not my father or my uncle or etc… It was a coincidece when we met, a lifechanging coincidence…
And also does anyone know what are my chances for transfering to UC from a non californian cc. I’ve heard that Californian residents have adantage.
Sorry for so long story. It was important for me to mention everything. Waiting for your opinions.

Well, I think you need to take the TOEFL because your written language needs some practice, since your written English skills will affect your grades.
UC’s have a cap on the number of students from outside of the State. You are not a resident of California, so your advantage is very limited.

Also, as an OOS transfer, the UC’s don’t have to accept a number of your courses if those courses don’t match/articulate with state-required topics.

I think most of the schools you have listed, are reaches.
