Transferring to MIT, Cornell, Upenn, Duke, UMichigan etc..

Hello, I am international student at Top 50 Liberal arts college. I had a gap year after sophomore year.
I’m planning to apply 2018 fall transfer as a rising junior to MIT, Cornell, Upenn, Duke, UMichigan, stanford for biomedical engineering/ (premed).
Can you guys chance me?
I intentionally took challenging courses over 2 years. STATS

EC; premed club, volunteering at local elementary school, tutoring local high school student for math ( 1st year 3 students, 2nd year science and math 2 students), volunteer at local hospital-> total volunteering hours: 120 hr
culture club/ summer research internship for 8 weeks/ undergraduate research with biochem professor about cancer genetics.

I don’t know high school transcript affect or not,
GPA: UW 3.54
ACT: 33( E33 M35 R29 S35)
EC: president of science club (anatomy), class representative for 2 terms, vice president of volunteering club … etc
volunteer hours: 367.
Reason for transfer? our school does not offer biomedical engineering degree.
