Transferring to Penn state - U park

How hard is it to transfer into Athletic Training program at PSU from another 4 year college in PA?

Has anyone done that similar to this?

I also wanted to know how good or small AT program in PSU like…compared to other schools like U delaware, Duquesne or etc.

You can transfer directly to UP for junior year, or to a branch campus earlier. Transfer requirements on page linked above.
