Transferring to the Honours Program

<p>Hey! just wanted to know is it possible to transfer to the honours program at penn state from the Smeal Business school? If this possible then how tough is it to do so and how many applicants does the honours college accept from internal transfer in a year…any idea?</p>

<p>Also, was wanting to know what are the average class sizes at smeal…will be joining this fall as a freshman!</p>
