<p>I am applying for transfer from santa clara university to uchicago and upenn. My GPA at santa clara is 3.8 and i am an international student. My high school SATs are 1250 (1850). What are my chances of getting in? Does it matter if you send your application early when you transfer or are all applications given equal consideration regardless of the date you submitted them? Any help would be appreciated, thank you</p>
