Transferring to UM out-of-state

<p>What are the chances of transferring to UM from out-of-state? I know for the UC schools there is a big difference in acceptances for residents and non-residents.</p>

<p>It’s not too hard to transfer out of state. Just keep a good GPA (3.5 or over).</p>
