Transferring Universities

I am currently a freshman in college, and I am over half way through with the fall semester. I am in the process of transferring, but am not sure what to do if I do not get accepted to one of the colleges I applied to. I applied to George Mason, and American University for Poli/Sci and Arabic. My current University does not offer Arabic ( I recently decided to change my focus from Latin American to the Middle East). What should I do if I don’t get accepted? Should I finish out the year and try and transfer next fall?

Also I already checked with my advisor, and all of my credits will transfer to either one of these schools.

It is up to you. You might like to have a semester off to concentrate on a bigger list if you aren’t admitted to either of these.
