<p>I have a first offense for cheating on my college record. Will this greatly diminish my chances of being accepted to OSU as a transfer student?</p>
<p>I don’t know what OSU’s policy is, but at another state school I have heard that they will take anyone with a GPA above a certain level regardless of whether they were thrown out of their previous school for some misconduct.</p>
