<p>A college counselor told me that I could transfer from a CSU to a UC during any semester (of the first two years) but that it wouldn’t be easy, ever.</p>
<p>My plan is to go to a CSU and apply every semester, and if I don’t get accepted… can I drop out last minute, transfer to a CC & be guaranteed admission at a UC? Or even do the TAG programs?</p>
<p>(This is assuming I meet the requirements.)</p>
<p>I heard UC to UC transfer is also easier than CSU to UC transfer. Should I go to Merced?</p>
