Transferring

I've been accepted into tulane and tufts and am thinking of transferring into an ivy school (probably brown or try for harvard). Here my stats

GPA 3.56 W (do they even consider high school grades?)
SAT: 800 M; 780 CR; 720 W
SAT II: 780 Math II; 740 Bio; 720 Chem
AP's:
Calculus AB 5
Biology 4
English Language 3
US history 3
(Taking Physics B, Calc BC, and Chem this year)

I've been rejected from 9 schools (Harvard, Duke, Yale, UChicago, etc..) and waitlisted at two (WUSTL and Emory). I think my GPA screwed me over, even though I had a strong upward trend. Anyways, I'm not really sure how this transferring process works, so if anyone has any advice, please help!!

I think it is your GPA that probably got you rejected and waitlisted at those schools. I don't know anything about the transferring process either, except that it is much more competitive than freshman admission. Good luck.
