Often, schools like Wharton have a transfer acceptance rate that’s the same as or even lower than their freshman admit rate because their retention is so high.
Transferring to Wharton is extremely difficult regardless of where you’re transferring from. Last year, I believe they accepted 4 or 5 (of the 190-200 transfer students) and from what I’ve heard they came from other Ivy schools.
