<p>I emailed the person in charge of transfer admissions. He wrote “Our 2009 Freshman will be receiving their decisions on line, however our Transfer students will not. Our transfer application process will not be complete until April 15th at which time we hope to be sending our decision letters out in the mail.”</p>
