Transition from TEAM to full-time A&M

She will need to take them at Blinn College (if not taking at A&M). RELLIS is a physical location, not a ‘school’ you apply to. It’s dicey to understand.
You can’t apply to RELLIS-most Blinn TEAM classes are housed at the RELLIS campus, but the professors are from Blinn College.
You can also get various degrees and certifications from the RELLIS campus-but those degrees & certificates are from other colleges around the state-they’re simply using the physical RELLIS campus. I think Blinn Nursing program is also primarily housed at the RELLIS campus, but the degree comes from Blinn.

She needs to be aware A&M Nursing School is like a needle in a haystack, next to impossible to get into. Google it. Most students end up getting a degree at A&M, then going somewhere else for an accelerated BSN program. All science classes need to be taken IN the Brazos Valley, if she plans to apply to A&M Nursing (hence taking at Blinn vs your local juco/cc).
