Travel from Wisconsin to Indiana

Any advice on best way to get from Madison to Bloomington for college tours? Hopefully airports/airlines?!!

Are you planning to rent a car? If so, Indianapolis airport, then drive to Bloomington.
Otherwise, here is a shuttle service that a lot of the kids use to get to and from the airport:
[GO Express Travel | Bloomington Indiana Shuttle - 800-589-6004 - Indiana and Chicagoland Ground Transportation](http://www.bloomingtonshuttle.com/)

It is $15 one way on that shuttle I believe, and there are other options.

You can fly from Madison ($500), Milwaukee ($300), or Chicago O’Hare ($150 for non stop) to Indianapolis. Easy to take bus from Madison to Milwaukee (badger bus) or O’Hare (megabus).

Thanks much!

Madison to Bloomington is only a bit over 3 hours driving. It would take you longer to fly with having to get to an airport, get through security, etc.

Admissions office to admissions office I get 7 hours/400 miles on mapquest…?

Bloomington IL or IN  It’s only 3 hours to Bloomington IL :D.

Which Bloomington? Colleges in both.

Indiana. University of!

The thread title says Indiana.

Madison WI to Bloomington IN is easily a 6 hour drive and that’s assuming no traffic snarls.

Maybe we will eliminate one by then…(or both) depending where and where else he gets in!
