<p>I almost forgot that the travel reimbursement forms are due tomorrow. Does anyone know if I should put my name, or just use my mom’s information. What’s throwing me off is the “Name (as reported on your income tax return)” since I haven’t filed an income tax return.</p>

<p>The important thing to know is that which ever name is on the W-9 is the one that will get the check made out to. So if should be you and not your mom to receive the check, put your name on it.</p>

<p>…i forgot about the travel reimbursement forms until a week after the deadline…not…good…sigh…can’t complain though, since olin pays for most everything else anyways…</p>
