<p>I was hoping we could start a master list of tricks/hints/rules for cracking the ACT. Just copy and paste the last bit of the list in your post as you add so the last post will always have the most recent and complete list.
I’ll start:</p>
<p>1) ACT Testmakers hate redundancy - always make sure for the english section that you choose to omit sections that are repetitive or unnecessary.</p>
<p>2) On the essay, bring up an argument for the opposing side and refute/rebutt it.</p>
<p>Know the directions of the test before hand, so you dont waste valuable time reading them and can spend more time answering questions.</p>
