Trig Prob help

Could you guys help me out with these trig word problems.

1.As you ride a Ferris Wheel, the height that you are above the ground varies periodically. Consider the height of the center of the wheel to be the equilibrium point. A perticular wheel has a diameter of 38ft. and travels at a rate of 4 revolutions per minute.

A. Write an euqation to descrive the change in height, h, of the seat that was filled las before the ride began in terms of time, t, in seconds (at t=0 the seat is at the minimum height.)
b. Find the height of the seat after 22 seconds.
c. If the seat of the Ferries Wheel clears the ground by 3 feet, how long after the ride starts will the seat first be 27 ft. above the ground?

2.P and Q are cities on the euqtor. When the moon is directly overhead at Q it is just barely visible at P. Geometrically, this means tha MP is a tangent line to the circle. The measure of arc PQ is found by subtracting the longitude lines P and Q. arc PQ=89.07 Raius of the earth=4000 with center o. Use this information to find measure angle POQ and the distance to the moon.

Could you guys explain how you did them.

Anyone? Please!

I guess nobody figured them out. :(. Thanks anyways.
