Classics and Archaeology for Majors

What are my chances? And what other colleges should I try for with those numbers and interests?

3.7UW, 4.23 W/5, Top 30 % rank, Test Optional , lots of Volunteer hrs, Leadership seminar, 2 yrs Summer paid job, 2 yrs Summer Hospital Volunteering, VB player x 6 Yrs. 9 AP`s, 4 DC, Mostly honors classes. Psychology or Neuroscience major. Looking for scholarships?

Trinity is very generous with merit based scholarships. No reason to think that you wouldn’t get something.

3.83 UW GPA, 1500 SAT superscore (750 RW and 750 M), top 2%

Math/CS for majors

32k/year Trustees’ Scholarship with an invitation to compete for the Trinity Tower Scholarship

My daughter got deferred. Trinity is one of her reach school. We were excepting denial so I guess a referral is good.

DS is in. It’s one of his reach schools so we were surprised. 3.5UW test optional from a rigorous private school that doesn’t offer AP, honors , and doesn’t rank. Significant upward trend in grades. 2 sport varsity athlete, team captain senior year, full time summer jobs and consistent volunteer work. He lives with a life altering chronic disease and I suspect his resilience was a common theme in his recommendations.
