Winning championships together never seems to get old for Matt Striebel, Ryan Boyle and B.J. Prager.

The three Princeton alums won their third major title together when they combined for seven goals and nine assists as the Philadelphia Barrage defeated the Denver Outlaws 23-12 Sunday afternoon in the Major League Lacrosse Championship game at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

The three were teammates on Princeton’s 2001 NCAA championship team, which won the title on Prager’s goal off a Boyle feed for a 10-9 overtime victory over Syracuse. They were also teammates on the Barrage team that won in 2004 as well.

Trevor Tierney made 20 saves in net for the Outlaws in the championship game. Josh Sims, the fifth Princeton player in the game, was held scoreless by the Barrage.

Wonderful.

I suppose we could say something similar for golf: in the game of golf, a Cardinal tends to win.

Ahahaha

The world of golf is pawned by Tiger – 4 straight PGA victories, 12 majors and counting

Now… if I could only sharpen those bunker shots…. I could be recruited as well
