<p>son downloaded office for mac the other day with no problems.</p>
<p>we happened to be at IU and stopped into IT services at Wells, glad we did, it took over an hour for them to get the MS Office and get wireless setup. They did not give her details, but it was a pain. (this was on a new Win7 ultrabook).</p>

<p>I have two sons attending Indiana University campuses. One in Bloomington and one at IUPUI. The one at IUPUI works for IT services. Calls to his group can come from any IU campus location. I hear them talking about IT issues all the time. Running get connected, registering on the secure network, and downloading/installing software is a long process that requires patience. Also, be ready for messages all the time from the Network Admins. If you do not keep up to date on software updates like Java and browser updates, they will let you know.</p>
