<p>I had trouble getting Firefox 15 and 16 to render a view of the CA, supplements, and uploaded documents, all of which depend on PDF generation. A view window would pop-up upon activation but would remain blank. I fixed the problem by disabling Nitro PDF Download 3.0.0.2, an add-on which adds PDF control features but at least in this case was crippling PDF rendering. This does assume the latest Adobe Acrobat plug-in (v 10.1.4.38 for me) is also present in Firefox. I have had no problem with IE 9 and the same version of the Acrobat plug-in.</p>
