Trouble with supplement on a Mac

<p>Hi. I’m working off of my dad’s Mac on the supplement form. I have entered all my information and copy and pasted my essays. I clicked the “check for errors” button, assuming this will lead me to the next step, but nothing happened. I enabled my pop-up blocker and am using Firefox as instructed. It’s very frustrating and I don’t know whether it’s the computer or just the supplement’s incompatability with Macs. I also don’t know if not being able to save my work is just me or the nature of the form. If anyone has had this problem/knows how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!</p>

<p>It’s definitely not compatibility issues. I have a Macbook used Firefox, and it worked fine. I’m pretty sure Tufts has a number/e-mail you can call/send to for technical issues</p>

<p>Happened to me, too. I updated Firefox and it worked after that . . . had to re-enter the data though!</p>
