HI im new here and i was thinking about applying to U mass Amherst, University of Connecticut, Northeastern, and new Hampshire university. Im into being Nurse and trying to get into their pograms. I’m getting frustrated on to thinking of taking my 3rd yr of Spanish or just take more science class like human and anatomy and get rid of Spanish 3? If anyone know information on their nursing program please help. I’m a currently a sophomore and not sure on what to do. Can you apply to programs like nursing right out of high school or do you have to do atleast 2 years of college then apply to programs?

Go to the college web sites to find the answer to your question. You should be able to continue with Spanish and take all the higher science classes your school offers.

I think being able to speak Spanish will be useful for a nurse in many areas of the country so continue with Spanish if possible. What is your 4-year plan in high school for science? Are you trying to double up in sciences? Have you already finished biology and chemistry? I agree with toledo that your chosen schools should have information on their websites about the high school curriculum they prefer. You could also email the nursing departments at the schools for advice on what classes to take in high school. Good luck!

ohh thank you i will call and see what they can do for me thank you. If anything else feel free to say anything
