Trying to recall the name of a college with subject-specific scholarships [math and physics, based on solving difficult math problems]

They had a merit-only scholarship program specifically designed to attract students strong in math/physics, and the selection process involved difficult math problems rather than a general interview about students’ achievement and personality.

Waterloo, in Canada ?

No I think their scholarships are based on highschool competition placement rather the scholarship-specific university-administered questions, it was in the US.

Maybe it was Science, Math and Engineering Scholarship | University of St. Thomas - Minnesota but I’m curious to know if there are any more
