TTU vs. UNT. vs. SFA vs. TAMU

I have already been accepted to all four universities, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or advice to lead me towards deciding which one is the best one for me? I am mainly interested in their art programs (A&M does not have one except for the visualization program that I got accepted into). If you know anything about the quality of the art program or some general information that would be beneficial for me, then advice is welcome.
Little bit about me:
I have a year of school done already
I basically have 45000 in scholarships so far
I am interested in artistic fields such as graphic design or art education or anything with stability

Have you visited any of them? I went to Tech years ago; Lubbock is very different from Denton, Nacogdoches and College Station. Tech and A&M are large campuses, SFA is a smaller campus in a smaller town, and UNT in Denton is a farther-out suburb of Dallas. I can’t speak to the art portion of your question.

The visualization program at A&M is supposed to very very good. Have you visited?

Your $45k in scholarships-- are those school based auto merit scholarships that are only applicable at that specific schoo or are they outside scholarships you can use anywhere?
