Sorry about Tufts. Looks like you have some really great options tho, so congrats. Interestingly my D24 was just waitlisted at Tufts and accepted to American and will probably end up at American (it was her 2nd choice after Tufts). The world is mysterious, indeed.

for sure! you never know whatâs behind an admissions officerâs decisions! i think for me, part of it might be that 2 kids from my school already got in ED2 and we also have a D1 baseball athlete who committed to tufts. i knew that there probably werenât going to be anymore kids admitted RD, so iâm not totally surprised!

Yes. He considered applying ED1 but chose to do RD because we are not sure about the cost. Even if he is accepted, we will still be debating about the cost going to Tufts vs going to UMass Amherst.

Daughter got accepted. 4.0UW, 4.71 Weighted, over 10 APs, Advanced Music, Swim team, Ultimate Frisbee, excellent essays and interview. Tufts is high on her list.
Getting accepted at Johns Hopkins has her confused about Tufts. She will visit both again and then decide.

In the craziest of evenings our D24 was waitlisted and devastated to LehighâŠand then accepted and elated to TuftsâŠwe thought she had no chance at tufts.

Rejected. Ugh. Really loved Tufts, but decided to do UChicago ED2 (which I was rejected from) instead of Tufts. I am nervious about the schools that come out next week

flabbergasted by tonight!! waitlisted tufts, amherst, AND williams all in one night. 1590, 3.97 uw, strong ecs. oh well! this marks my 8th, 9th, and 10th waitlist.
