Tuition Fee HIKE??!!

<p>Can u believe that Texas, Austin has just increased its out of state tuition fee by about $10000???</p>

<p>UT cannot find enough space for all of the Texas students, why would they want to encourage out-of-state residents with a tuition that is cheaper than many other schools offer their out of state students?</p>
