<p>I got a letter in the mail, and it says I’m eligible for this program. I’m assuming it’s only in Michigan. It sounds like a sweet deal, with my first two years of college tuition being paid for. Has anyone ever used this, and does it work?</p>

(I did not read all of the information…but there does appear to be a lot of important information there.)</p>
