Which is better?
Which offers more money?

Sorry, there are no answers to your questions. The Honors programs appear to be very similar in structure and intent, and the money will depend on the particular student and their qualifications. At Tulane at least, there is no official set amount of merit scholarship money associated with being invited to the Honors program, although getting their top award of $25,000 does mean automatic invitation to the program. But some that are invited get the next level award, $22,000 (all $$ amounts being for the students coming in this fall. The amounts could change). Students offered lesser amounts are not invited to the program. I believe the situation is extremely similar at Miami.

Also at Tulane, just to be clear, those award amounts I mention are for scholarships for which all students are eligible based solely on applying and being accepted. There are other merit scholarships, but they require addional applications.
