My twin sister and I are legacy at Yale, and we both really love it. What would Yale think if we both applied EA. We are from Wyoming.

Maybe post this to the Yale forum?

I knew a few sets of twins who were undergrads. Also a few whose twins were not students there with them.

I know twins who both went there.

Plenty of twins get into colleges together. Personally, I feel like if both of you are academically qualified, they may even more likely be tempted to take both of you at the same time, raising your chances of admission from the average Joe.

Being from Wyoming also helps. =p

would they ever reject one twin and accept the other?

If they found one lacking, why wouldn’t they? I knew people who were twins whose siblings weren’t students there. Did they not apply? Did they apply and get rejected? I don’t know.

If you’re both legacies and have respectable applications, I say go for it. EA shows them that you’re both interested, and the legacy certainly will help.

Being twins shouldn’t make much of a difference…good luck! I’m from wyoming too :)

Didn’t Barbara Bush go to Yale while Jenna was at UT- Austin?
