anyone read the new Time magazine? do we have any potential twixters in the house?..anyone?

What’s a twixter? (You can tell I don’t read Time…)

Yeah I read that article, pretty interesting. My dad read it too and was like “you don’t want to end up as one of them”, haha. I think it would be fun though :)

zante, a twixter is someone who is a grown up but still lives the blithe, hedonistic lifestyle of a teenager.

oh I see
I first though about twix and twizzlers and got really hungry… >.<

mmm twix are so good. When I do candy fundraisers for my school clubs, I end up wasting so much money just buying from myself.

lol it’s a lot easier than selling to other people, that’s for sure…and of course, you get hungry…

I had like 5 fun size twixes the other day… mmm!

Anyway, that article was so long; I got through maybe the first seven pages of it. If you want my opinions, I think twixters are just lost, confused people. They should really just stop dawdling and do something productive in their life. Some people think that twixters are taking a few years to do (essentially) nothing because they want to be absolutely sure that they are choosing the right career? Umm, yeah right. If I procrastinate on a project I had two months to work on, I don’t think it was because I wanted to be absolutely sure that the topic I picked was the best for me.

I can never do fundraisers. I always feel bad asking people for money! Last time I tried to do one was the March of Dimes, and I ended up getting 10 dollars in donations and having to pay 10 dollars myself just to get to participate.

let them live how they want. it’s not like they’re out committing violent crimes. they’ll only live once and if they have no regrets/complaints, we shouldn’t have any for them.

Would Paris Hilton be a twixter? (Unless you consider her song/acting career as a serious career…in that case, was she a twixter before she started doing that?)

Paris Hilton…is just Paris Hilton.

I read it, and yeah, where I live, EVERYONE is a twixter. Some stay in college, but most choose to preserve their life in high school, even though they are too old. That article was too nice to the twixters. They are annoying and just need to grow up and worry about their future rather than their past. Hence, I am the only P-ton app from my school in, forever!
