<p>you do realize that history is certainly on their side. they really haven’t been able to get a lot of these guys in court. although there is a lot of evidence against them, i doubt much bad happens to them, as their defense is that their supervising managers knew about what was going on.</p>
<p>And you do realise OP, these are just the fall guys right? The vast majority of wall street criminals get away with it. Bear Stearns will be no different.</p>
