I know that UMich requires SAT IIs only from homeschooled applicants, but taking them wouldn’t be bad idea, nonetheless. You can look at UMaryland and Madison’s common data sets to learn their requirements.

Now is a good time to learn how to use college web sites. Rather than count on information from strangers, who might tell you the wrong thing, always check your college web site for solid information. Go to Admissions, and somewhere there will be requirements listed.

RealM, go to UMDs Business School’s site, they actually list their positive. I’m sure Madison does the same. Allow the colleges to sell their positive to you (they usually do). I dunno about Madison, but I hear Maryland is pretty bad in terms of recruitment (if you don’t want to work in the tri-state area), but for internships being that close to DC couldn’t hurt. People tell me that a teeny, tiny effort is all it takes to get a “good” job from UMD. We also have the “Hinman CEOs” Program - a live-in entrepreneurship program. Only two universities have this (the other being Stanford).
