<p>Does this system apply to fall registration for freshmen?</p>
<p>Nope. It starts during winter quarter. Keep in mind everyone but freshmen has already registered for their classes. It would be pointless for us to go through a two pass system when we’re only competing with ourselves for classes.</p>
<p>Furthermore, entering freshmen have their enrollment dates chosen randomly, so the number of units from AP testing/college credits do not play a factor until enrolling for winter quarter classes.</p>
