<p>as far as your 1st question, you can definitely still get accepted into the university but not the honors program (they only accept 10% of honors program applicants). From their website, certain current students used to be able to apply for the honors program. But alas, starting with the class of 2010, not anymore. So if you’re out the first time, you’re out for good. </p>
<p>There is no special process to be admitted into the school of media/public affairs, just the same old regular application.</p>
