Two Schedule C's. Two different CSS Profile Business Supplements?

<p>Just now, I received our copy of 2009 tax forms.
I checked to see everything is okay.
Thankfully, everything except one part is good to go (do the Taco-Bell commercial “hand-gesture”)</p>

<p>This year, my parents have two 1040 Schedule C’s (Both for my dad)
Those two of them are for my dad’s ministry and construction work (Both self employed).
so, do I need to provide IDOC (and colleges themselves) two different Business Supplements?</p>

<p>Hmmm … if you can’t do everything you need to do on one, you’d need both. My suggestion is to call the school & find out. It probably isn’t the first time they’ve been asked! You could also call the Profile folks.</p>
