Hi, I’ll be taking chemistry 14D with Chanmugathas and physics 6A with Buchanan. Do you think this is a wise decision to be taking two science classes over the summer, or should I drop a course. And if so, which course should I drop? Thank you!

I’ve heard a lot of horrible things about 6A with Buchanan. He can be demanding of his students and challenge them, but one advice I have heard is that he is really helpful at office hours.

If you have a strong grasp in either subject (did well in 14C, took physics AP or strong background), I think you would be okay. If you have a shaky background in both subjects, I think you should reconsider.

Oh, thank you! I feel more confident in chemistry. As for physics, I’ve never taken a course before. Not even a regular course. =/
