Two W's in the same class?

Hello!
Up until this point in my college career, I was a Music major and Pre-Med. However, I realized that I don’t want to go to medical school, and I really want to be a high school history teacher. Since I’m a junior, and it’s too late in to add the Education minor that would get me certified in undergrad (a lot of minor coursework is year-specific, to get accepted to the program you generally have to be a second-semester freshman or first-semester sophomore), I was planning on adding a History major (or turning a minor into a major), and then going to graduate school for education and getting my master’s in order to accomplish this. I’ve planned this out and it should be very accomplishable in my remaining time at school.
I’m currently taking two pre-med classes, one of which (Orgo II), I am doing abysmally in. I want to withdraw from it because I will get a bad grade in it, it’s causing me a lot of stress, and now it’s not at all relevant to either my Music major, prospective History minor/major, or education. The problem is, I was doing abysmally in it last year, and I withdrew because I knew my grade would hurt me for pre-med. Will two W’s in the same class hurt me for education graduate school applications, if the course isn’t relevant to my majors or my graduate program?
For reference, my GPA is currently ~3.7, and I have all A-range in my Music major courses. Thank you!
