Happy as COA is manageable but has a tough decision as also accepted by Purdue, VT, WPI, RIT, Rutgers, U of Delaware and UMD.

We are visiting Purdue next week and have plans to visit WPI and potentially VT - not sure if U Mass will make the short list - we will see in coming weeks.

Accepted students gc?

Have any communications decisions come out yet?

My S just got his acceptance Isenberg (exploratory track).

Will they be releasing more this week?

I think they should be coming this week. I haven’t got my decision back yet either and I’m OOS.

A little bit confused as to why they only released some and not all of them…also they are releasing the transfer decisions before RD…?

I think they will release tonight at 7. They released A large chunk first Monday of March last year at 7, and the rest came out throughout the rest of the month!

I know this is actually crazy, I actually thought this was a joke when I saw I was waitlisted from early action. Amherst was one of my top safeties. But today this afternoon I received an acceptance letter for Computer Science after getting an email saying that my application had a status update.

I think that this might be something like UMich where they weren’t able to fully finish reading applications and waitlisted everyone.

THE WAITLIST MIGHT ACTUALLY BE A DEFER. I don’t know how but I really was accepted after being waitlisted on January 13th. I got accepted today 3/2/2020.

Congratulations to everyone accepted so far. This year Umass is supposedly more selective due to past years over enrollment. Lot of excellent programs, Nursing, CS in top 10 for the hottest Sub fields AI and Machine Learning. Plus top dining in the country and up and coming athletics, campus improving fast. A school on the rise for sure. My sophomore daughter loves it there. Best of luck to all.

Are decisions coming this week?

I wish they would let us know when they are releasing Certain majors because I am trying to make my final decision soon!

NormalCSMajor, did you fill out the Waitlist response form to accept the position on the waitlist?

Has anyone else not gotten their decision yet?

@Jxjdjdjd I haven’t either. I’m pretty bummed, I’m looking forward to results soon!

Any news yet???

How can RD not be out of the next destination day is March 15th?
Or are results tricking out as with EA?

Got in on 3/5 IS RD CS + CHC. Looks like a lot activities @r/a2c. Seems a release wave last Thursday.

I am really hoping they release this week
