<p>I would say Michigan if you can get a scholarship that would make the prices more comparable, UNC if you can’t.</p>
<p>However, the decision also depends on what you want to major in. Michigan would be the clear choice for engineering or business, while UNC is known for public health, pharmacy, and chemistry.</p>
<p>Don’t worry about the weather…I live in the South and Michigan is fine if you invest in a good jacket and snow boots!</p>
